1. Switch Show Formulas from the ribbon
Entry point: Formulas tab → Show Formulas
- Open the worksheet that you want to review in WPS Spreadsheet.
- Click the Formulas tab at the top of the window.
- Click Show Formulas.

- To return to calculated results, click Show Formulas again.

2. Switch Show Formulas with a keyboard shortcut
Entry point: Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+~
- Open the target worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
- Press
Ctrl+~. - Check whether the worksheet has switched to formula view.
- Press
Ctrl+~again to restore calculated results.
