1. Switch Show Formulas from the ribbon

Entry point: Formulas tab → Show Formulas

  1. Open the worksheet that you want to review in WPS Spreadsheet.
  2. Click the Formulas tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click Show Formulas.
  4. Check whether all cells that contain formulas now display formula text.
  5. To return to calculated results, click Show Formulas again.

  • UI state: Cells with formulas display formula text instead of calculated results.
  • Next actions: You can continue checking references, reviewing logic, or switch back to result view.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: Cells that contain fixed values will not change into formulas.

2. Switch Show Formulas with a keyboard shortcut

Entry point: Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+~

  1. Open the target worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
  2. Press Ctrl+~.
  3. Check whether the worksheet has switched to formula view.
  4. Press Ctrl+~ again to restore calculated results.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: Formula cells switch between formula text and calculated results after you use the shortcut.
  • Next actions: You can keep reviewing the worksheet without leaving the keyboard.
