1. Validate document signatures
Entry: Protect tab → Validate Signature
- Open the PDF file that contains digital signatures.
- Click the Protect tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Validate Signature.
- Wait while WPS checks all signatures in the document.
- Review the number of signatures and the validity status in the bottom status bar.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The bottom status bar shows the number of signatures and the validation status.
- Next action available: You can continue to view signature details or open the detailed validation result.

2. View signature details
Entry: Click the signature area in the document
- Find the signature area in the open PDF file.
- Click the signature area.
- Review the signer information in the pop-up panel.
- Check the signing time, certificate information, and validity result.
- Confirm whether the document was changed after signing.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A signature details panel opens and shows the related fields.
- Next action available: You can compare the details with the validation result to decide whether the signature can be trusted.

3. View validation results
Entry: Bottom status bar → View
- After signature validation is complete, check the signature status message in the bottom status bar.
- Click View.
- Review the detailed validation result and confirm the signature validity.
- Use the result to judge whether document integrity is normal.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The detailed validation result window opens.
- Next action available: You can decide whether to continue circulation, archive the file, or request a new copy.
