1. Share selected PDF pages from the reading view

Entry: Top menu bar → Share → Partial Page

  1. Open the PDF file you want to work with.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Partial Page.
  4. In the page selection panel, choose the PDF pages you want to share.
  5. Tap Extract and Send.
  6. Choose an app or contact to complete the sharing action.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can open the page selection panel and see selectable page thumbnails or page items.
  • Next action available: After tapping Extract and Send, the system share options or contact options appear.

Tips While Using

2. Share selected PDF pages from the home document list

Entry: WPS Home → Document list → Share → Partial Page
