Entry path: PDF top menu bar More → All Services → Reduce File Size
- Open the PDF file that you want to compress.
- Tap More (☰) on the top menu bar.
- Tap All Services.
- Select Reduce File Size.
- Wait while the app analyzes compressible content in the document.
- Choose whether to back up the original file.
- Tap Start to begin compression.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Reduce File Size screen opens normally and shows compressible content.
- Next action available: You can start compression and generate a smaller file.
Tips While Using
- For important files, back up the original before compression.
- PDFs with more images usually show a more noticeable size reduction.
2. Open Reduce File Size from More → More Output Conversion
Entry path: PDF top menu bar More → More Output Conversion → Reduce File Size
- Open the PDF file that you want to compress.
- Tap More (☰) on the top menu bar.
- Tap More Output Conversion.
- Tap Reduce File Size.
- Open the Reduce File Size screen.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You have entered the Reduce File Size screen.

3. Open Reduce File Size from More → Document Processing
Entry path: PDF top menu bar More → Document Processing → Reduce File Size
- Open the PDF file that you want to compress.
- Tap More (☰) on the top menu bar.
- Tap Document Processing.
- Tap Reduce File Size.
- Open the Reduce File Size screen.
