1. Apply Insert Blank Page
Entry path: Edit tab → Edit Content → Text Edit → Insert
- Open the PDF file you want to edit in WPS Office on Windows.
- Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
- Click Text Edit on the toolbar to switch to text editing status.
- Select the target position or related text content.
- Click Insert on the toolbar to apply Insert Blank Page.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new blank page or the related insertion result appears in the PDF.
- Next action available: you can continue adding content, save the file, or keep editing other pages.
