What is the difference between text alignment and paragraph alignment?

  1. Text alignment controls how the whole text box is positioned on the page.
  2. Paragraph alignment usually controls how text is arranged inside the text box.
  3. Before making changes, confirm whether you are adjusting the text box position or the text layout inside the box.

How can I align multiple text boxes at the same time?

  1. Make sure the text boxes on the current page can all be selected.
  2. Hold Ctrl and click each text box to select multiple items.

What is the difference between justify and left align?

  1. With left align, content usually follows the left edge as the reference.
