1. Adjust display scale from the ribbon

Entry: Home tab → Show Scale drop-down box

  1. Open the PDF file that you want to view.
  2. Click the Home tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Find the Show Scale drop-down box on the right side of the toolbar.
  4. Click the drop-down box to expand the scale options.
  5. Select the display percentage you need, such as 125%, 150%, 200%, 300%, 400%, 600%, 800%, 1200%, 1600%, 2400%, 3200%, or 6400%.
  6. Click the target percentage to apply it.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The PDF page is enlarged or reduced immediately based on the selected percentage.

2. Adjust display scale from the status bar

Entry: Show Scale area on the right side of the status bar

  1. Open the PDF file and look at the right side of the status bar at the bottom of the window.
  2. Click the percentage value to open the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the target percentage from the available options.
  4. To adjust step by step, click the - or + button.
  5. To adjust continuously, drag the slider to the position you want.
