How-to Guide

1. Open Insert Image from the ribbon

Feature entry: Edit tab → Insert ImageLocal Image

  1. Open the PDF file that you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click Insert Image.
  4. Select Local Image from the drop-down menu, or use the shortcut Ctrl+J.

2. Select a local image file

  1. Browse your local folders in the file selection dialog box.
  2. Select the image file that you want to insert.
  3. Make sure the file format is supported, such as jpg, png, bmp, gif, tiff, heic, or webp.
  4. Click Open to insert the image.

3. Move and resize the inserted image

Feature entry: Click the inserted image

  1. Click the inserted image on the page.
  2. Confirm that resize handles appear around the image.
  3. Drag the image to the target position.
  4. Drag the resize handles to change the display size.

  • Interface result: The image appears in the target position and at the size you need.
  • Next action available: You can save the document or continue other PDF editing tasks.
