1. Add a Hyperlink

Entry path: Edit tab → Hyperlink → Add/Edit Link

1. Select the text or image where you want to add a hyperlink.
2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
3. Click Hyperlink.
4. In the menu, select Add/Edit Link.
5. In the dialog box, set the link target.
6. To link to a webpage, enter the URL.
7. To link to another location in the document, choose the in-document link option and specify the target position.
8. Click OK to finish adding the hyperlink.

Success Criteria

• The selected text or image now has a clickable hyperlink.
• After saving the file, the link opens the target webpage or jumps to the selected document location.

2. Edit a Hyperlink

Entry path: Edit tab → Hyperlink → Add/Edit Link

1. Select the text or image that already contains a hyperlink.
2. Click Hyperlink.
3. Select Add/Edit Link.
4. Change the link target in the dialog box.
5. Click OK to save the change.

Success Criteria

• The original hyperlink target has been updated.
• Clicking the link now opens the new webpage or document location.

3. Remove Hyperlinks

Entry path: Edit tab → Hyperlink → Remove all Links

1. Click Hyperlink.
2. In the menu, select Remove all Links.
3. Confirm that all hyperlinks in the current PDF have been removed.

Success Criteria

• All hyperlinks in the document have been cleared.
• The previous link areas no longer perform jump actions.
