How-to Guide
1. Convert one image to PDF
Entry path: Picture Editing tab → Image to PDF
- Click the image that you want to convert so it becomes selected.
- Click the Picture Editing tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Image to PDF.
- In the dialog box, choose the save location and file name.
- Click Save to finish the conversion.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A save dialog appears, and a new PDF file is created after saving.
- What you can do next: Open the generated PDF file from the save location to review or share it.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no image is selected first, the button may be unavailable or appear dimmed.

2. Batch convert multiple images
Entry path: Picture Editing tab → Image to PDF
- Hold Ctrl and click multiple images to select them.
- Click Image to PDF.
- Choose the save location.
- After the conversion finishes, WPS generates a separate PDF file for each selected image.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected images are processed, and multiple PDF files appear in the target location.
- What you can do next: Open each generated PDF file for review, sharing, or later merging.
