FAQ

Why is the Align button grayed out?

  1. Make sure you have opened an editable PDF file.
  2. Click the image so it is selected.
  3. Check whether you are in the image editing workflow.
  4. If editing is still unavailable, confirm that your account has PDF editing access.

What does image alignment align to?

  1. Image alignment is used to place images against the page boundary or a shared alignment direction.
  2. For example, left alignment places the left side of the image in line with the page's left-side direction.
  3. Before you apply the command, review the page layout and choose the alignment option that fits your design.

How do I keep multiple images in the same position?

  1. Hold Ctrl and select multiple images.
  2. Open the options under the Align button.
  3. Choose one alignment option so all selected images move together.

Why did only one image move after I tried to align multiple images?

  1. Check whether you actually selected more than one image before running the command.
  2. If only one image is selected, the alignment command affects only that image.
