1. Add a highlight from the ribbon
Entry path: Comment tab → Highlight Text
- Click the Comment tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Highlight Text.
- Choose a highlight color in the color picker.
- Hold down the left mouse button and drag across the text you want to highlight.
- Release the mouse button to apply the highlight.
