1. Find Text
Entry point: Home tab → Find and Replace
- Open the PDF file you want to work with.
- Click the Home tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Find and Replace.
- Enter the text you want to find in the panel.
- Click Find Next.
- Review the highlighted match in the document.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the find panel opens normally and the matched content is highlighted in the document.

2. Replace Text
Entry point: Home tab → Find and Replace → Replace
- Open the PDF file, then click Find and Replace.
- Switch to the Replace tab.
- Enter the target text in Find what.
- Enter the new text in Replace with.
- Click Replace to update the current match.
- Click Replace All if you want to process all matches at once.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the current match or all matches are updated with the new text.
