1. Crop an Image

Entry point: Picture Edit tab → Crop

  1. Select the image you want to crop.
  2. Click the Picture Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click the Crop button on the toolbar.
  4. Wait for the crop frame to appear around the image.
  5. Drag the crop frame to adjust the visible area you want to keep.
  6. Click a blank area in the document, or press Enter to confirm the crop.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The visible area of the image updates based on the crop frame.
  • Next actions: You can continue moving the image, crop it again, or save the document.

  • Common mistakes: If the image is not selected first, the Crop button may not work as expected.

2. Crop by Aspect Ratio

Entry point: Picture Edit tab → Crop → Ratio options

  1. Select the image, then click Crop.
  2. Choose the preset ratio you need from the ratio options.
  3. Depending on your layout, choose free crop, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, or another ratio.
  4. Adjust the crop frame position.
  5. Confirm the crop.
