Entry path: Image Editing tab → Clarify
- Open the PDF file that you want to edit.
- Click the image that you want to clarify.
- Click the Image Editing tab on the top menu bar.
- Click the Clarify button on the toolbar.
- Wait for WPS PDF to improve the image clarity automatically, then review the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected image is clarified and looks clearer on the page.
- Next action available: You can continue editing other images or save the current PDF file.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no image is selected first, Clarify may not work as expected.

2. Clarify Multiple Images in a Batch
Entry path: Image Editing tab → Clarify
- Open the PDF file that you want to edit.
- Hold Ctrl and click multiple images one by one to select them.
- Click Clarify.
- Wait for all selected images to be clarified automatically.
- Check whether the updated image appearance matches your needs.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: All selected images are clarified.
- Next action available: You can continue editing other page content or save the processed PDF file.
