- Yes. Select the text you want to convert first.
- Then go to Tools → Review → Simplified-Traditional Conversion.
- After you tap the button, only the selected content is converted and the unselected content stays unchanged.
Do I need to select the whole paragraph before converting it?
- No. You do not need to select the whole paragraph first.
- Tap anywhere inside the paragraph.
- Then run Simplified-Traditional Conversion to convert the current paragraph.
Why does the feature decide the conversion direction automatically?
- The feature checks the current character form of the selected text.
- Simplified Chinese content is converted to Traditional Chinese, and Traditional Chinese content is converted to Simplified Chinese.
- After the conversion, review the result to confirm that it matches your target readers' writing preference.
