FAQ
Why is the Review area grayed out or unavailable?
- Confirm that the current file is an editable Writer document.
- Check whether the document is protected.
- Try reopening the file or using a supported document format, then check the Review entries again.
Why can’t I find the content I want after setting a review time?
- Check whether the start review time and end review time are set correctly.
- After setting the time range, click the document body again so the filter can take effect.
- If the expected content still does not appear, widen the time range and try again.
Why does less content appear after I switch the reviewer?
- The current view only shows revisions and comments from the selected reviewer.
- To restore the full set of content, select All Reviewers again.
- If the document has only a small number of reviewers, the filtered result may become much shorter.
Can I place the review pane at the bottom of the window?
- Yes.
- Open the Review Pane drop-down menu from the Review tab.
- Select Horizontal Review Pane to display review content at the bottom.
