How-to Guide
1. Start document comparison
Entry point: Review tab → Compare → Compare
- Open a WPS Writer document.
- Click the Review tab at the top of the window.
- Click the Compare drop-down button.
- Select Compare.

2. Select documents to compare

4. Show source documents
Entry point: Review tab → Compare → Show Source Documents
- In the output document, click the Review tab.
- Click Compare → Show Source Documents.
- Choose the display mode you need: Hide Source Documents, Show Original Document, Show Revised Document, or Show Both Original and Revised Documents.

- UI state: The source document windows change according to the selected display mode.
