Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no document is open first, you cannot draw directly in the document body.
- Environment note: If the current window is not in an editable state, activate the document window first.
2. Choose a brush type
Entry: Review tab → Brush → Brush toolbar
- Turn on Brush first.
- Check the available tools on the brush toolbar at the top.
- Select ballpoint pen, highlighter, watercolor pen, shape, or eraser as needed.
- Continue drawing or erasing in the document.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current tool switches to the selected brush type.
- What you can do next: Later strokes follow the selected tool effect.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you start drawing before switching tools, the previous pen type may still be used.
3. Set a brush color
Entry: Review tab → Brush → Brush toolbar
- Turn on Brush and open the brush toolbar.
- Click the color selector.
- Choose a preset color, or use the color picker to get the color you want.
- Return to the document and start drawing.

Entry: Document editing area
- Turn on brush mode in the document.
- Hold down the left mouse button and draw on the document.
- Release the mouse button to finish one stroke.

- After drawing, click the close control for Brush.
- Or press Esc to exit brush mode directly.
- Confirm that the pointer returns to the normal selection state.
