Can recipients see the full document after I share only part of it?

  1. No. A partial-page share includes only the selected pages.
  2. Recipients can view only the pages that were shared.
  3. Other pages from the original document are not included in the shared result.

If I edit the original document later, will the shared content update automatically?

  1. No. Shared partial-page content does not update automatically after the original document changes.
  2. If you need to share updated content, select the pages again and send them again.
  3. For ongoing collaboration on revised content, prepare and share a new file.

How is Share Partial Page different from password protection?

  1. Share Partial Page is used to send only selected pages from a document.
  2. Password protection is used to restrict access to an entire document.
  3. After entering the correct password, a recipient can access the full protected document, while Share Partial Page provides only the selected pages.
