1. Run document slimming
Entry path: Top menu bar in the document > More > All Services / More Output Conversion > Reduce File Size
- Open the document that you want to slim.
- Tap More on the top menu bar, then open All Services or More Output Conversion.
- Tap Reduce File Size.
- Wait while the app analyzes the document and shows the compressible space.
- Choose whether to Back Up Original Document.
- Tap Start Slimming to run compression.
- Review the file size comparison after slimming is complete.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the page shows the analysis result and then displays the file size comparison before and after slimming.
- What you can do next: you can continue viewing, saving, or sharing the compressed document.
Tips While Using
- Membership: this topic requires WPS Premium.
