1. Print Document

Entry path: File menu > Print

  1. Click Print in the File menu.
  2. In the print dialog box, choose a printer.
  3. Set the number of copies, print range, and other print settings.
  4. Click Print to start printing.

Shortcut: Ctrl+P

Success Check

  • Interface result: The print dialog box opens and shows available printers and print settings.
  • Next action: You can continue adjusting copies and range, or start printing directly.

Notes

  • Before printing, confirm that the target printer is connected and available.
  • If you want to save paper, check whether the printer supports duplex printing.

2. Print Preview

Entry path: File menu > arrow next to Print > Print Preview

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Click the arrow next to Print, then choose Print Preview.
  3. Review the document appearance, including page layout, margins, and page breaks.
  4. Use the zoom controls to adjust the preview scale.
  5. After confirming the layout, continue to print if needed.

Success Check

  • Interface result: You can see the document page preview.
  • Next action: You can continue checking page breaks and margins, then return to the print workflow.

Notes

  • Checking print preview before final output can help reduce layout differences.
  • If the preview does not match your expectation, adjust page settings in the document and preview again.

3. Batch Print

Entry path: File menu > arrow next to Print > Batch Print

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Click the arrow next to Print, then choose Batch Print.
  3. In the pop-up application window, add the files you want to print.
  4. Adjust the print settings and click Print.

Success Check

  • Interface result: The batch print window opens and shows the file list to be printed.
  • Next action: You can continue adding files, adjusting settings, and printing them together.

Notes

  • Before batch print, confirm that all files can be opened normally to avoid interruptions.
  • When printing multiple files, check the print order and target printer first to reduce repeated steps.
