1. Start Printing

Entry: top menu bar More → Print

  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap Print.
  4. In the print screen, review the connected printer or add one if needed.
  5. Tap Print to start the print job.

Success Check

  • You have entered the print screen and can see print-related options.
  • You can continue by selecting a printer or choosing another print method.

Notes

  • If no document is open, you cannot start the print flow for the current file.
  • If no printer is available, you may need to add one first or use another output method.

2. Adjust Print Settings

Entry: Print → Print Settings

  1. In print preview, review how the document will be output.
  2. Select a printer.
  3. Set color, print range, copies, duplex printing, paper size, orientation, and margins as needed.
  4. Tap Print after confirming the settings.

Success Check

  • The settings in print preview reflect the output you want.
  • The job is ready to be sent to the printer.

Notes

  • Incorrect page range or orientation settings may change the output result.
  • Some options may depend on the printer's capabilities.

3. Export as a Print File

Entry: top menu bar More → Print → Export as Print File

  1. Open the document, then tap More → Print → Export as Print File.
  2. Adjust print settings as needed.
  3. Tap Export.
  4. Choose where to save the file.
  5. Export the file in .PS or .PDF format.

Success Check

  • A save-location screen or export completion prompt appears.
  • You can share or move the exported print file.

Notes

  • If you do not confirm the save location, the exported file may be harder to find later.
  • The device needs available storage space for export.

4. Use System Print Service

Entry: top menu bar More → Print → System Print Service

  1. Open the document, then tap More → Print → System Print Service.
  2. Set the print parameters.
  3. Continue to the system print screen.
  4. In the Android print screen, choose a print service or select Save as PDF if needed.

Success Check

  • The Android system print screen opens.
  • You can choose a system printer or save the document as PDF.

Notes

  • System Print Service and Export as Print File may lead to different output paths.
  • Available options depend on the print services and drivers installed on the device.
