1. Export as PPT from a document

Feature entry: Top menu bar More → AI Generate & Convert

1. Open the document you want to convert and tap More on the top menu bar.
2. Select AI Generate & Convert → AI Generate Slides.
3. Keep Upload Document selected by default, then tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
4. Select Keep Original, Polish Text, or Full Text Rearrangement, and then tap Generate Outline.
5. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload your own template, then tap Create PPT.
6. Wait for the generation to finish and review the result.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You reach the PPT creation result page or can view the generated result.
• What you can do next: You can preview, download, or choose another template and generate again.

Tips While Using

• Permissions or membership: This topic requires WPS Premium.
• Environment limits: Keep the device connected to the internet during generation.

2. Export as PPT from the home page

Feature entry: AI Slides at the top of the WPS home page

1. On the WPS home page, tap AI Slides below the top search box.
2. Select Upload Document, choose the file you want, and tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
3. Select Keep Original, Polish Text, or Full Text Rearrangement, and then tap Generate Outline.
4. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload your own template, then tap Create PPT.
5. Wait for the generation to finish.

• Interface result: You enter the AI Slides generation flow from the home page.
• What you can do next: You can continue to choose a template and create a PPT.

3. Export as PPT from AI Tools

Feature entry: Bottom menu Tools → AI Tools → AI Slides

1. On the WPS home page, tap Tools on the bottom menu and enter AI Tools.
2. Tap AI Slides.
3. Select Upload Document, choose the file you want, and tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
4. Select Keep Original, Polish Text, or Full Text Rearrangement, and then tap Generate Outline.
5. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload your own template, then tap Create PPT.
6. Wait for the generation to finish.
