1. Export as PPT from a document page

Entry: top menu bar More → AI Generate Conversion → AI Generate Slides

1. Open the document you want to convert and tap More in the top menu bar.
2. Select AI Generate Conversion, then tap AI Generate Slides.
3. Keep Upload Document selected by default, then tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
4. Choose Keep Original Text, Polish Body Text, or Full Layout in the pop-up window, then tap Generate Outline.
5. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload a template, then tap Create PPT.
6. Wait for generation to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: you can open the outline preference window and then see template selection or template upload options.
• Next action available: after generation finishes, you can view the created PPT result.

Tips While Using

• Membership: this flow requires WPS Premium.
• Environment: keep the network connection stable during generation.
• Content tip: a clearer document structure usually makes the generated outline easier to refine.

2. Export as PPT from the home page

Entry: AI Slides at the top of the WPS home page

1. On the WPS home page, tap AI Slides below the top search box.
2. Select Upload Document, choose the file you need, and tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
3. Choose Keep Original Text, Polish Body Text, or Full Layout in the pop-up window, then tap Generate Outline.
4. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload a template, then tap Create PPT.
5. Wait for generation to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: you can enter the AI Slides page from the home page and complete document upload.
• Next action available: after the outline is generated, you can continue with template selection and PPT creation.

Tips While Using

• Membership: this flow requires WPS Premium.
• File prep: confirm in advance that the uploaded document content is complete.
• Network: stay connected while uploading the document and generating content.

3. Export as PPT from AI Tools

Entry: bottom menu Tools → AI Tools → AI Slides

1. On the WPS home page, tap Tools at the bottom and enter AI Tools.
2. Tap AI Slides.
3. Select Upload Document, choose the file you need, and tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
4. Choose Keep Original Text, Polish Body Text, or Full Layout in the pop-up window, then tap Generate Outline.
5. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload a template, then tap Create PPT.
6. Wait for generation to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: you can enter AI Slides from the tools page and complete upload and generation.
• Next action available: after generation finishes, you can continue to view or download the generated PPT.
