1. Share a document as PDF
Entry: Top menu bar → Share → Share as PDF
- Open the Writer document you want to process.
- Tap Share on the top menu bar.
- Select Share as PDF.
- Choose Normal PDF or Image-only PDF, then wait for the conversion to finish.
- Choose a sharing target such as WeChat, WPS collaboration, or email, and send the generated PDF file.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A PDF type selection or sharing panel appears.
- What you can do next: You can choose a target app or recipient and send the file.
- No side effect: The original Writer document remains editable.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the document is not open first, you cannot enter this workflow directly from the document page.

2. Export a document to PDF and save it
Entry: Top menu bar → More → Export as PDF
- Open the document you want to convert.
