How-to Guide

1. Export as images from Share

Entry path: Top menu bar > Share > Share as Long Image

  1. Open the WPS Writer document that you want to export.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Long Image from the sharing options.
  4. Choose Combine into Long Image or Output Page by Page.
  5. Edit Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to store the generated images locally.
  7. If you want to continue sharing, tap Share and choose a target such as WeChat, WPS collaboration, or email.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can open the image export settings screen and choose an output mode and display elements.
  • Next action available: You can save the generated images locally or continue with system sharing.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: Some options require a membership.
  • Usage tip: Documents with many pages may take longer to generate.
  • Output result: The generated images keep the original document layout.

2. Generate images from Output as Image

Entry path: Top menu bar > More > Output as Image

  1. Open the WPS Writer document that you want to export.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Output as Image in the pop-up panel.
  4. Choose Combine into Long Image or Output Page by Page.
  5. Edit Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to store the generated images locally.
  7. If you want to send them to someone else, tap Share and choose a sharing target.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: After entering the image export screen, you can choose an output mode and edit the available items.
  • Next action available: You can save the images or move directly into sharing.
