How-to Guide

1. Export as images from Share

Entry path: Top menu bar → Share → Share as Image

  1. Open the WPS Writer document that you want to process.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Image or Share as Long Image.
  4. Edit Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Card as needed.
  5. Tap Save to save the generated image locally.
  6. If you want to continue, tap Share and choose a destination such as WeChat, WPS Collaboration, or email.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can enter the image sharing settings screen and see the editable options.
  • Next action available: You can save the result or continue to a sharing destination.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: Some functions require membership.
  • Environment: A network connection is needed when you share through online channels.
  • Common mistake: If you do not choose an image-sharing option first, you may enter the regular file-sharing flow instead.

2. Generate images from Export as Image

Entry path: Top menu bar → More → Export as Image

  1. Open the WPS Writer document that you want to process.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Export as Image in the pop-up panel.
  4. Choose Merge into Long Image or Export Page by Page.
  5. Edit Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to save the generated images locally.
  7. If needed, tap Share and choose a sharing destination.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can enter the Export as Image settings screen and see long-image or page-by-page options.
  • Next action available: You can save the images locally or continue sharing them.
