1. Show or hide editing marks

Feature entry: Home tab → Show/Hide Editing Marks drop-down menu

  1. Open the document that you want to edit.
  2. Click the Show/Hide Editing Marks drop-down menu on the Home tab.
  3. After it is turned on, paragraph marks, spaces, tabs, and other formatting marks appear in the document.
  4. Click the same entry again to hide these marks.
