1. Enter Reading Format
Entry: View tab → Reading Format
- Open a document in WPS Writer.
- Click the View tab in the top menu bar.

Esc. - The document returns to the standard page view.

- Show or hide comments as needed.
- Select content and apply highlighting to mark key points.
- Use the arrow keys or the mouse wheel to move through pages.
