1. Set a Preset Paper Size
Entry point: Page tab → Paper Size drop-down menu
- Open the Writer document that you want to edit.
- Click the Page tab at the top of the window.
- Click the Paper Size drop-down menu.
- Select a preset size such as A4, A3, B5, or 16K from the list.
- After you select it, the page size is applied to the current document immediately.

2. Set a Custom Paper Size
Entry point: Page tab → Paper Size drop-down menu → More Paper Sizes
- Open a Writer document and go to the Page tab.
- Click the Paper Size drop-down menu.
- Select More Paper Sizes.
- In the dialog box, choose the custom size option.
- Enter the width and height values you need.
- Choose the apply range.
- Click OK to finish the setup.
