How can I switch to Page View quickly?

  1. Open a WPS Writer document.
  2. Click View on the top menu bar and select Page View.
  3. You can also click the Page View icon in the status bar at the bottom of the document window.

What is the difference between Page View and other views?

  1. Page View displays the document in a page-based layout.
  2. In this view, you can check margins, headers and footers, image placement, and column effects more directly.
  3. If you need to review a layout close to the printed result, Page View is the practical choice.

Why does a new document already look like Page View?

  1. New documents often open in Page View by default.
  2. If the interface already shows full page boundaries, the document is usually already in this view.
  3. You can confirm the current view again from the View menu or the status bar.
