1. Enter Outline View

Entry path: View tab → Outline View, or the Outline button on the bottom-right status bar

  1. Open a WPS Writer document.
  2. Click the View tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Select Outline View from the available view modes.
  4. If you want a faster switch, click the Outline button on the bottom-right status bar.
