1. Show or Hide Grid Lines
Feature entry: View → Grid Lines
- Open a WPS Writer document.
- Click the View tab on the top menu bar.
- Select the Grid Lines checkbox to show the grid on the page.
- Clear the Grid Lines checkbox to hide it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: After you select the option, a reference grid appears on the document page; after you clear it, the grid disappears.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing text, images, shapes, and other objects while using the grid as a layout reference.
Tips While Using
- Grid Lines is intended for layout reference during editing.
- If you do not need the visual grid before printing or final review, turn it off from the View tab.
