1. Set up graph paper format

Feature entry: Page tab → Graph Paper

1. Open a document in WPS Writer on Windows.
2. Click the Page tab.
3. Click Graph Paper to open the settings dialog.
4. Select Use manuscript paper mode.
5. Choose a specification such as 20×20 or 15×20.
6. Select the grid type you want, such as square-grid graph paper or lined graph paper.
7. Set the grid color and line style.
8. Click OK to apply the format.

Success Criteria

• The page changes to a manuscript-style layout with visible square grids or horizontal lines.
• Text aligns to the selected writing guide format.
• The document remains editable in WPS Writer.

Tips While Using

• Choose a denser specification when you need tighter writing spacing.
• Use lined paper when you want a simpler handwriting guide than square grids.
