Tips While Using

  • Select the whole table before opening style settings so the changes apply to the full table more easily.

Tips While Using

Feature entry: Table Styles → Banded Rows / Banded Columns / Preview

  1. In the Table Styles panel, turn on Banded Rows or Banded Columns.
  2. Check the alternating row or column effect in the table.

  4. After confirming the overall appearance, tap OK in the upper-right corner.
  5. Return to the document and confirm that the style has been applied.

Success Criteria

  • The table shows the selected banded row or banded column effect.
  • The selected color has been applied and saved.

Tips While Using

  • Banded rows are especially useful for long tables that need easier line-by-line reading.
  • If the table looks too busy, reopen the panel, clear some options, and choose a simpler preview color.
