1. Insert Page Numbers
Entry point: Tools → Insert → Page Number
- Open the document that you want to edit and enter editing mode.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Page Number.
- In the pop-up window, set the page number options, including position, alignment, number format, and starting page number.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The document pages display the page numbers you set.
- Next actions: You can continue editing the document, save it, or print it.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If the document is not in editable mode, you may not see the Page Number option under Insert.
- Environment limits: The Android version does not support the Different First Page setting.
