1. Extract a table and save it as a spreadsheet document
Entry: Select the whole table → tap Extract Table on the floating toolbar; or tap Tools → Table → Extract Table
- Open the file that contains the target table, then select the whole table you want to process.
- Tap Extract Table on the floating toolbar.
- If the floating toolbar does not show the entry, tap Tools at the bottom, open the Table tab, and tap Extract Table.
- On the result page, tap Save as Spreadsheet Document.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: After recognition finishes, the option to save the result as a spreadsheet document appears.
- Next action available: You can open the generated spreadsheet file and continue editing it.
- No unwanted change: The original file remains available for viewing.
