Why can’t I see the Drawing Tools options?
- Make sure a shape or text box has already been inserted into the document.
- Click to select that object.
- After selection, check whether the drawing-related options appear at the top.
- If they still do not appear, switch to another object and select the target object again.
Why doesn’t the shape fill or outline change?
- Make sure the selected object is a shape border or text box.
- Reapply Shape Fill or Shape Outline with a more visible color or line weight.
- Check whether the object is too small for the change to be obvious.
- Zoom in and review the result again.
Why can’t I use the Group button?
- Make sure two or more shapes are selected at the same time.
- Reselect multiple objects by dragging a selection box or selecting them in order.
- Click Group again.
- After grouping, try moving the objects together to confirm the result.
Why does the layer order look unchanged after I move it?
- Check whether the current object overlaps with another object.
- If not, drag the objects so they overlap first.
- Then use Bring Forward or Send Backward again.
