How-to Guide
1. Add Text Inside a Shape
Feature entry: Tools → Drawing Tools → Add Text
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Drawing Tools tab.
- Tap Add Text.
- Enter the text you want to show inside the shape.
Success Criteria
- A text cursor appears inside the shape.
- The text is displayed in the selected shape.
Tips While Using
- Select the target shape before opening Drawing Tools.
- Editing is not available in reading mode.
2. Edit Text Inside a Shape
Feature entry: Select shape → Floating toolbar → Edit Text
- Select the shape in the document.
- Tap Edit Text on the floating toolbar.
- Modify the existing text in the shape.
Success Criteria
- The existing text in the shape becomes editable.
- The updated text appears immediately.
Tips While Using
- If the floating toolbar does not appear, tap the shape again.
- The change applies only to the currently selected shape.
3. Rotate a Shape
Feature entry: Select shape → Floating toolbar → Rotate
- Select the shape you want to adjust.
- Tap Rotate on the floating toolbar.
- Adjust the shape direction as needed.
Success Criteria
- The shape direction changes.
- The rotated shape remains near its original document position.
Tips While Using
- Check nearby text and objects before rotating.
- After rotation, review the page layout again if the document is complex.
4. Change Text Wrapping
Feature entry: Select shape → Tools → Drawing Tools → Wrap
- Select the shape.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Drawing Tools tab.
- Choose the wrapping type you need in the Wrap area.
- Continue adjusting the shape position based on the page result.
Available wrapping types include:
- In Line with Text: the shape is embedded as a text character.
- Top and Bottom: text appears only above and below the shape.
- Square: text wraps around the shape.
- In Front of Text: the shape stays above the text layer.
- Behind Text: the shape stays below the text layer.
Success Criteria
- The layout relationship between text and the shape updates based on the selected type.
- When you move the shape, the page layout responds to the wrapping mode.
Tips While Using
- Different wrapping types affect body text placement differently.
- For a watermark-like effect, try Behind Text first.
5. Change Border Line Style
Feature entry: Select shape → Tools → Drawing Tools → Border Line Style
- Select the shape.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Drawing Tools tab.
- Choose the border style you need in the Border Line Style area.
Success Criteria
- The border style of the current shape changes.
- The new line style is visible on the page.
Tips While Using
- Only the selected shape is updated.
- If the line style change is subtle, adjust border thickness as well.
6. Change Border Color
Feature entry: Select shape → Tools → Drawing Tools → Border Color
- Select the shape.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.

- Choose a color in the Border Color area.

- The border color of the current shape changes to the selected color.

7. Change Border Thickness
