Feature entry: Tools → Home → Paragraph
- Place the cursor in the target paragraph, or select the paragraph content you want to adjust.
- Tap Tools.
- Open the Home tab.
- In the Paragraph area, choose the alignment option you need.
- Select Align Left, Center, Align Right, Justify, or Distributed based on your layout needs.
Success Criteria
- The current paragraph changes to the selected alignment style.
- The result appears immediately in the document page view.
Tips While Using
- If no text is selected, the change usually applies to the paragraph where the cursor is placed.
- Body text is often more suitable for Align Left or Justify.
2. Understand the effect of each alignment option
Feature entry: Tools → Home → Paragraph
- Open any paragraph in the document.
- Tap different alignment buttons one by one.
- Observe how the left and right edges of the paragraph change on the page.
- Keep the option that fits the content type more naturally.
Success Criteria
- You can distinguish the display differences among Align Left, Center, Align Right, and Justify.
- The current paragraph keeps the alignment style that fits the content.
Tips While Using

3. Apply one alignment option to multiple paragraphs
Feature entry: Tools → Home → Paragraph
- Select multiple paragraphs that need the same layout.
- Tap Tools and open the Home tab.
- In the Paragraph area, tap the target alignment option.
- Check whether the selected paragraphs now use the same alignment.

- Multiple selected paragraphs use the same alignment option.

Tips While Using
- Confirm the selected range before making a batch change.
- If the document includes both titles and body text, format them separately to avoid mixed styles.
