1. Set paragraph alignment

Feature entry: Tools → Home → Paragraph

  1. Place the cursor in the target paragraph, or select the paragraph content you want to adjust.
  2. Tap Tools.
  3. Open the Home tab.
  4. In the Paragraph area, choose the alignment option you need.
  5. Select Align Left, Center, Align Right, Justify, or Distributed based on your layout needs.

Success Criteria

  • The current paragraph changes to the selected alignment style.
  • The result appears immediately in the document page view.

Tips While Using

  • If no text is selected, the change usually applies to the paragraph where the cursor is placed.
  • Body text is often more suitable for Align Left or Justify.
