1. Start Voice Input
Entry path: Editing mode → Voice Input in the bottom toolbar
- Open the document you want to edit and enter editing mode.
- Open the keyboard.
- Tap the Voice Input icon in the bottom toolbar.
- If this is your first time using the feature, allow microphone permission.
- Speak into your phone microphone, and the app will convert speech into text in real time.
- When you finish, tap Stop or switch back to the regular keyboard.

- Interface result: The voice input panel opens and transcribed text starts appearing in the document.
- Next actions available: You can continue dictating, stop input, or switch back to keyboard editing.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in editing mode, the related entry may not appear in the bottom toolbar.

2. Adjust Voice Input Settings
Entry path: Voice input panel → HD Transcription / Standard
- Open the voice input panel first.
- Tap HD Transcription or Standard to open transcription settings.
- Select the recognition language you need, such as Mandarin, English, or Cantonese.
- Switch the recognition engine if needed.
- Turn translation on or off as needed.
- Turn speaker separation on if needed.
