1. Start Voice Input

Entry path: Editing mode → Voice Input in the bottom toolbar

  1. Open the document you want to edit and enter editing mode.
  2. Open the keyboard.
  3. Tap the Voice Input icon in the bottom toolbar.
  4. If this is your first time using the feature, allow microphone permission.
  5. Speak into your phone microphone, and the app will convert speech into text in real time.
  6. When you finish, tap Stop or switch back to the regular keyboard.

  • Interface result: The voice input panel opens and transcribed text starts appearing in the document.
  • Next actions available: You can continue dictating, stop input, or switch back to keyboard editing.

2. Adjust Voice Input Settings

Entry path: Voice input panel → HD Transcription / Standard

  1. Open the voice input panel first.
  2. Tap HD Transcription or Standard to open transcription settings.
  3. Select the recognition language you need, such as Mandarin, English, or Cantonese.
  4. Switch the recognition engine if needed.
  5. Turn translation on or off as needed.
  6. Turn speaker separation on if needed.
