1. Apply a Title Style
Feature path: Tools → Home → the “...” icon on the right side of the Styles area
- Place the cursor in the paragraph that you want to turn into a heading.
- Tap Tools.
- Tap the Home tab.
- Tap the “...” icon on the right side of the Styles area.
- Swipe up or down to find the style you need.
- Tap the heading style you want to apply it to the current paragraph.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current paragraph shows the selected heading style effect.
- What you can do next: You can continue applying different heading levels to other paragraphs.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the cursor is not placed in the target paragraph first, the style may be applied to the current cursor position instead.
- Environment note: This feature must be used inside the Writer document editing interface.
