1. Add a Signature

Entry path: Tools → Insert → Signature

1. Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the Insert tab.
3. Tap Signature.
4. Select a saved signature, or tap Add New Signature.
5. Choose one method as needed: handwritten signature, photo recognition, or import from Photos.
6. Tap Done to insert the signature into the current document.

Success Criteria

• On-screen result: The inserted signature appears in the document.
• What you can do next: You can continue moving, resizing, or saving the document.

Tips While Using

• If a handwritten signature is unclear, write it again before inserting it.
• When importing from Photos, use a signature image with a clean background and clear edges.
