How-to Guide
1. Add Pinyin Guide
Entry: Home → Font → Pinyin Guide

- In the Font group, click Pinyin Guide.
- In the dialog box, set alignment, font, size, and offset.
- Click OK to apply the pinyin guide.

2. Set Enclosed Characters
Entry: Home → Pinyin Guide drop-down arrow → Enclosed Characters
- Select the text that you want to enclose.
- Click the Home tab.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Pinyin Guide.
- Select Enclosed Characters.
- Choose an enclosure style and decide whether to shrink the text or enlarge the enclosure.
- Click OK to finish.

4. Change Text Case
Entry: Home → Pinyin Guide drop-down arrow → Change Case
- Select the text whose case you want to change.
- Click the Home tab.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Pinyin Guide.
- Select Change Case.
- Confirm the setting in the dialog box.
- Click OK to finish.
