How-to Guide
1. Add Text Highlighting
Entry: Tools > Home > Highlight Display
- Select the text you want to highlight.
- Tap Tools.
- Tap Home.
- In the Highlight Display area, choose the highlight color you want.
- If you need more colors, tap the ··· icon on the right.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: the selected text shows a colored highlight background.
- What you can do next: you can keep editing text, switch to another color, or save the document.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if no text is selected first, you may not see the expected highlight result.

2. Remove Highlighting
Entry: Tools > Home > Highlight Display
- Select the text that already has highlighting.
- Tap Tools.
- Tap Home and find the Highlight Display area.
- Select No Color to remove the highlight.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: the previous highlight background is removed and the text returns to a non-highlighted state.
- What you can do next: you can apply another color, continue editing, or save the document.
Tips While Using
