Why can I still see content after setting it as hidden text?

  1. This is normal when hidden text display is enabled.
  2. Go to File → Options → View.
  3. Clear Hidden Text if you do not want the hidden content shown in the current view.

Why does printed output not include hidden text?

  1. Open File → Options → Print.
  2. Check whether Hidden Text is currently set to Do not print hidden text.
  3. If you want hidden content in print output, change it to Print hidden text or another suitable option.

How do I remove hidden text that has already been applied?

  1. Go to File → Options → View first and enable hidden text display.
  2. Select the target text, right-click it, and open Font settings.
  3. Clear Hidden Text, then click OK.

What is the difference between hidden text and strikethrough?

  1. Strikethrough keeps text visible and adds a horizontal line through it.
  2. Hidden text is used to control whether text is shown and whether it is included in print output.
  3. Hidden text is more suitable for notes, template placeholders, and print-content switching.
