FAQ

Why can’t I find the font color option?

  1. Make sure the file you opened is an editable text document.
  2. Select any text first, then tap Tools.
  3. Open the Home tab and look for the A color icon in the text formatting area.
  4. If the option still does not appear, update WPS Office and reopen the document.

Why doesn’t the text color change after I apply it?

  1. Check whether the target text was selected before you opened the color options.
  2. Reopen the color menu and test with a more visible color.
  3. Make sure the document is not in a read-only state.
  4. Return to the document body and confirm that the text display has updated.

Why doesn’t the printed page show the color effect clearly?

  1. Check whether the printer supports color printing.
  2. If you use a black-and-white printer, colored text is usually converted to grayscale or darker and lighter black tones.
  3. Before printing, change key content to a darker color or combine it with bold formatting.
