1. AutoCorrect Settings
Feature path: File → Writer Preferences → Edit → AutoCorrect
- Open WPS Writer.
- Click the File menu and select Writer Preferences.
- In the dialog box, select the Edit tab.
- In the AutoCorrect section, select or clear the options you want.
- Click OK to save the settings.
Common options include:
- Automatically capitalize the first letter of sentences while typing
- Capitalize the first letter of English dates
- Replace ordinals such as 1st with superscript
- Replace Internet or network paths with hyperlinks
