Does text selection translation require an internet connection?
- Check whether your iPhone or iPad is connected to a working network.
- Return to the document, select the text again, and tap Translate.
- If the result still does not appear, try again later or switch to another network.
Why can't I see the translation option after selecting text?
- Make sure the current file is a Writer document where text can be selected.
- Press and hold again to accurately select the word, phrase, or sentence.
- Wait for the floating toolbar to appear, then look for Translate or More.
Will the translation result be written back into the document automatically?
- The translation result is shown in the translation interface or a related pop-up area.
- Viewing the result does not directly change the original document content.
- If you want to reuse the translated text, copy it manually or continue editing the document yourself.
Where can I find AI Enhancement and AI Full-Text Translation settings?
- Select the text that you want to process in the document first.
- Tap More on the floating toolbar.
- Check the related options and turn on AI Enhancement or AI Full-Text Translation as needed.
